Lusts of the Flesh

Sin grows.
Sin hurts.
Sin separates.
Sin repeats.

Lust is evil. Lust kills women. Lust destroys the family.
You shouldn’t just hate certain sins because God hates them (which is very good), but you should also hate sin because of the purpose behind it.

Everything led by God is to build the family.
All sin led by the enemy is to kill the family.

We don’t have the power to beat sin because love is power. God is power. Jesus is power.
And He hasn’t yet permeated our hearts with His power—why?

Do we really want that power in those areas of our hearts?

Because if we do, it is accessible.

I struggled with lust.
I enjoyed lust.
And I was blinded to see how wrong it was.

In that moment, I agreed with killing the church to satisfy my fleshly desires.
My heart didn’t think it was wrong. My mind was aware of how wrong it was.
How evil is it to know the purpose behind something is to kill the Church—yet still choose it and not allow the Lord to wage war with it?

It’s not up to me to remove lust.
It’s all in the Lord’s hands.

So God, I ask for deliverance.
I know I’m a sinner.
I know I can’t wage war against sin without You.

So please help me.

I want to prepare Your bride in You, not kill it.
So please give me zeal to love.

In Jesus Name, Amen

Imagine a kid who plans to kill your daughter. But you don’t know exactly how…

The Kid That Wants to Kill Your Family

Imagine a kid who plans to kill your family—
Who plans to kill your daughter.

But that kid has to first grow up.

Would you bring that kid into your home?
Or would you hate him?

A kid whose mind will never change—
Ruthless. Evil. Deceiving.
Would you not guard your home from this child?

Would you allow your children to play with him?
Would you accept any type of pleasure from this child?

So why do we play with lust?

Why do we allow it into our home?

If you let this “kid” stay, even temporarily—
Was he not still welcome for a period of time?

So sins like that are welcome… to a certain extent?

Are you not playing with the life of your family?

Do you let the next “kid” stay a little longer—
Until one day, he kills your family?

Kill sin before its too late

Only give if Christ placed it on your heart to do so. He is my provider! God bless you all!
